Yes, I'm including a general adult synonym base on about 200 entries (more than 1000 words). I believe it's enough to start with. Course you'll have to extend it for your won needs to target specific keywords etc.
Furthermore CyberSEO Suite allows one to add random header and footer to every blog. It can be some funny story of the day, a banner, or anything else. For example, I love EuroRevenue's RSS feeds because they have a rather good text content. However these feeds don't have a single link to the actual content. To fix that problem I just added more than 1000 links and descriptions of EuroRevenue hosted galleries into the "post footer" field of CyberSEO. So my Post Footers list looks like this:
