                    If the game was NFL then the NFL players would win and if it was Rugby then the Rugby players would win. Still not entirely sure why you have this obsession about 'levelling' and 'full force' but will put it down to sensitivity over the padding=gay worry.

                    Fact time. Rugby was a growing and popular game in the USA in the late 1800's. Rule changes were suggested originally by Walter Camp in 1876 (who was on the Yale Rugby team) to make the game 'easier' and to reduce the number of injuries. Out of this came American Football along with protective elements to the players because Rugby was 'too hard and brutish a game'

                                            So the World Cup final (1.3 billion viewers) or the Euro Final (153 million viewers) does not qualify as a single watched event then?

                                                                                                                                    All them represent maybe 5% of LAtin America, in terms of population and in terms of territory

Everyone get over their preferred sport and just watch whatever the hell game you want to watch.

                                                                                                                                                                If you wanna understand American football, Come to the Us on any friday night in October and find the local High School! The feeling is unreal! Most these kids have been in full pads by 3rd grade and let me tell you 3rd graders can hit, I mean absolutly level someone! High school games run alot quicker than college or pros! Local school runs no huddle 5 wide out offence! Very fast 2 and a half hour game are the normal and have seen a game over in 1 and half!
