Well the odds are still 1 in 200, BEFORE you know what everyones tickets are - but I do see what you are saying - before the drawing it seems a little less fun for some. Maybe next time - they could use the ticket numbers instead:

1= 000-049
2= 050-099
200= 950-999

Just a suggestion - doesn't matter to me as I have 19 more sales to make
