if you got the $$$ get someone popular in gfy.. it can make the difference from a successful and a non successful affiliate program.

cool...thanks for the tips. i'm doing very well by bringing in my own traffic but i know it has huge potential with some good help.

not really, we do everything ourselves except major design changes. as you know, maintaining a paysite can be a handful at times but as long as i hunker down i can stay on top of it.

my greatest obstacle (like most people on here) has been getting traffic. we currently have a great sign-up ratio but i just don't have the traffic resources. i'd much rather pay for some help with the traffic so that i can focus my time and energy on maintaining the site (making/editing movies and image galleries, customer service...etc.).

my affiliate program is set up for commision but i'll reward performance by throwing in some extras on top of that such as additional cash and toys (x-box, iPod nano....etc.)
