Is there a pic auto renamer program out there?

Is there a pic auto renamer program out there?
Like i have a bunch of jpegs labled pic1, pic2, pic3 etc....

i want a program that can rename it to #'s like 01, 02, 03 etc...

does anyone know a program that can do that??

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

I've used pretty much every renaming program out there, and hands-down the best one I've used so far is 1-4a Rename:
