Does anybody know who BTV Industries dailer is? I don't use dialers and am not familiar with them.

Spamming is generally referring to unsolicited stuff. If you ask for URLs, then how is the sponsor supposed to react?

So you're telling me if someone goes around asking people from random "You want a good porn site" and only give it to them if they say "yes" that's not spamming?

Try telling that to a sponsor. Try sending out a million emails asking "You want a good porn site - reply if you do" and then consequently sending the URL of one of your sponsors to all those that reply. Is that not spamming?

Yea she didn't spam you.. she even asked if she could pass on the site link... after you did show interest.

Spam is something you didn't ask for. It's also tasty on sandwich bread. But, hell... I'm tasty on sandwich bread, for that matter.

"Technically" she didn't...but would that hold up with a sponsor?

Also - she asked me if I wanted the site, I didn't ask her..and I don't know her...I consider it spamming.

If you find any sponsors that will can an account for that reason, please LMK and I'll stop using them straight away I'm serious.

If you don't want spam, you just shouldn't respond. If you respond to a bot (or a person), it's your own fault.

This "woman" obviously had no interest in talking to me. She (or the bot) just wanted to get the site across to me hoping I'd sign up and "she'd" get some money. If that's not spamming...I don't know what it is.
