My opinion:

General sites:
There are many bad sites, some avarage sites, and a few good sites. Even on the good sites, some surfers feel like a 'number' Although they replies on emails etc. They don't feel personally attached to a site. They don't speak with the models etc.

On MODELSITES:
Sometimes even with a few sets, surfers feel 'they' are in control. They say, hey could you improve that, and it's done. In stead of thinking a whole team changed this(with 'general' sites). They think the model did it. Also when you add chats etc, they really think they 'know' the model. And after some time, when user blabla joins the chats, and the model says: Hey Marc, how was your birthday, well they will stay loyal FOREVER

Many members of pornsites, are not just looking for porn, but also for some kind of (pretty)ear that listen to them.
