    A Good Video Splitter??

    Anyone know a good Reliable Video splitter for splitting large Video files down to small clips according to time. Such as 40 seconds?

    I'm using video charge... and it gets stuck and wont skip a corrupt area of a file.

                  completely free and perfection.

                  Its command line, but that actually makes it easier to use, just copy and paste from notepad.
