    I got into a crash today. My truck... has died.

    I was on a shoot today and on my way home.

    I was going north bound on Laurel Canyon blvd, just one street north of the 101 fwy. A big blue SUV pulls out and tags the back end of my baby. She spun around and I was 90 degrees in the street heading straight into Gelsons market. My stunt driving training kicked in, and I immediately whipped the wheel hard left and my baby straightened out. I pulled over and I was in the Red. I was ready to kill. No one fucks with my baby.

    I pulled over and this tool comes over to me saying he was sorry. As it turns out he was a local LA actor late for an audition. Oh shit my bad, I should be sorry I was in his way.

    Damn.

                              The truck got me home. It's really just flesh wounds.

                              The guy came out of a side street, and T-boned the back end behind the passenger tire. That's why I spun around. luckily none of her internal organs were damaged. I don't know what part of her body you could say got hit, but if I had to guess, I'd say it was her ankle.

                                                  So you're a card carrying member, huh - I am more in line with the saying that I would never be a member of an organziation that would have me as a member.

                                                  BTW, if it was a Dodge than it would be more like a cankle than an ankle, as they are built pretty sturdy.

                                                          That really sux! Flesh wounds can be fixed tho, and at least he said he was sorry. There are alot of assholes out there that would just ignore you and be dicks about it.

                                                          When I was 34weeks pregnant I TAPPED a lady by accident in traffic (under 5mph), she grabbed her neck and called 911 and had an ambulance take her to the hospital. When it happend I immediately got out and asked if she was OK and that I apologized, then she saw me she was like "you're pregnant? shhhhessh!" and ignored me the rest of the time. It was crazy, her car had no damage. Anyway... sorry you got hit! I hope his insurance takes care of your baby!

                                                                                      actually, I debated even stopping.

                                                                                      It was more of an inconvenience than anything. And I mean.. you have all sen my truck. But as an American citizen, I have just as many rights as an actor, and I should be able to at least have my truck back in the same working condition it was in before he hit me.

                                                                                      How do they go about repairing something like that? Will they paint it? Or just bondo it and leave it all shitty looking, like it was before the crash. It was shitty looking but there wasn't a dent on the body.

                                                                                                              glad your ok. It's always best to go to the emergency room and get it on record. There have been situations the person feels fine walks away and then 2 days later is in a great amount of pain. At that point its tough luck.
