This remedy is tough for some but if you can stomach it give it a try.
Eat crushed raw garlic cloves. Garlic works great to kill bacteria. The key ingredient is Allicin, chemical name Diallyl Thiosulphonate. 25 grams of garlic contains about 15 milligrams of Allicin.
Hospitals are using garlic now to combat two of the nastiest bacteria microbes that have become resistant to antibiotics, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus and Vancomycin-resistant Enterococci. Methicillin and Vancomycin are two of the last resort antibiotics. So for Garlic to work where they can't you know you've got some real kickass killing power at hand.
Be sure to crush the garlic cloves. This action is what converts the alliin to allicin in about 20 seconds.
Garlic also is effective against E. Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus,
Clostridium Perfringens and Salmonella.
Garlic works by inhibiting DNA polymerases and inhibiting RNA synthesis so it disrupts the process by which microbe cells replicate. Allicin also destroys the SH groups in proteins which are enzymes which are a large part of the physiology of lower organisms- bacteria, virus, and protozoa.
