    People who has experience with Epassporte I got Question!!

    Ok so this is what happened, a few days ago i made a purchase and after the purchase my account was at - $41 with red on it, ok so where did those extra $40 came from to pay for what i bought?
    anyways I reloaded my account again, i have $130 but i want to buy something else that cost $170 will it be any problem? As long as i reload it in the future? lol

          lol, I don't think that you can do that, this is NOT a credit card, you don't get credit

          Most probably you only think that you made the purchase but it was actually still pending at that time. Long story short, you can not spend more than you have in your epassporte account.

                      If your account for some reason goes negative (can happen with a pending charge or when a transaction in foreign currency is settle) then the amount will be deducted next time the account is loaded.

                      Normally you can not have a negative balance, please contact me with your account name and we can look into it if you want.

                              I kinda like it. Except you can't remove the credit cards once their added, Keyser maybe you guys should add that feature its very important.

                                  it can happen say if you go out to dinner and your bill is 70$
                                  and you have 73$ in your epassporte
                                  epassporte will take the 70$ plus they take i think 10% ?? for a tip
                                  so it will put your account negative and the extra amount they are holding for the tip drops off after 30 days

                                          actually I would think it would just deny the transaction? you would get a negative balance if you leave more than 20% tip for example... (I'm not sure, just assuming that's how it would work)
