I have no doubt about this man's intergrity.

If you read my earlier post, I did in fact suggest that this may be a case of guilt by association.
I nonetheless also did do some quick Google searches of my own, using key words +"Global Acces", and I found the results at least worthy of some further explanation.
MrBro, or whomever owns that fake nick, needs to build a better case, since although the WHOIS still points to the P2E (Global Acces) servers, the domain names link to a P2E page offering info about refunds.

Searching for global acces + scam bring the first result to a page on spywareguide, it contains our TOS + phone number, e-mail and address, the page is a few years outdated though, second result is an explaination of a dialer, third seems to be the page MrBro located regarding our terminated affiliate + information about other companies we are not involved with.
Global Accés have never been involved in the adware / spyware business.
If we where involved with the Global Acces Dialer spyware ? No we where not, I also did not hear about that before, we did however used to operator a dialerprogram, it was operated under the guidelines set out by ICSTIS, the phone operator in the UK.
By the time we terminated our dialer program our complaint ratio for it was 0,5% (meaning 5 out of 1000), wich is actually very good considering how many is strugling with a 1%-2% chargeback ratio on credit cards, reason we terminated it was it took too much time policing our affiliates and the traffic quality was in a steady decline, by that I mean more and more people with questionable traffic sources apeared.
As we are here for the long term, we decided to close down the dialer operation so we would be able to exit that area with a clean name, paying everybody their earnings and simply move on.
Regarding the ransomware guy he caught us very much in a surprise, I did not expect anyone to start such a foolish trick, we did catch him in a pretty early stage, he did however cost us a lot of money, as soon as we noticed what he was doing we contacted our carriers (various phone companies) in the effected countries requesting charges to be reversed on billings done on numbers we operate.
This effected every single billing event we did for all our clients and not jus this guy as with this kind of refunds it is "all or nothing", our clients was not affected by this as we located the problem before anyone else, for the same reason various phone numbers we used was not "blocked for fraudulent" usage etc, obviously we paid everybody their earnings even though we refunded their customers.
We are not kidding about our no deduction payment guarantee

Jeez, Claire...I really hope you are not really this dimwitted. Sorry, but I am losing patience with your posts.
I stated pretty straightforward, more than once now, and never contradictory, that Shaun spoke to me, but never introduced himself. I had no idea who he was until someone posted a photo of him days after the Rock the Ball event.
I have no idea why you/Shaun can't come clean and provide straight answers to straight questions.
I have nothing against you or Shaun personally, but I feel that you both need to be more honest in your answers on a number of issues which people have called you out about.
Believe me, if you were on the up and up, and did so, most of this would go away.
Instead you/Shaun Monk (TORTOISE) obfuscate and stonewall...
I'm glad you both enjoyed D-Money's "Rock the Ball" show in San Francisco, which I co-sponsored. I'll be a part of other future shows as well.
As much as you may not believe it, it pains me to confront people. However, experience has taught me that it is important to speak up, even when others are silent, when something does not seem quite right.
Again, opportunities have been provided for you and Shaun to set the record straight publicly and yet you seem unable/unwilling to do so, and instead try to brush aside serious questions that are attempting to discern your honesty and credibility.
You/Shaun should have been able to shut down the Christina Muller "German Dom of the Year 2006" issue weeks ago, yet you persist in not doing so. Each refusal to honestly answer this question or attempt to deflect it, seriously erodes your credibility, not just in my mind but in the minds of many.
If you have proof, post it...
