Maybe the "thrill" hasn't worn off yet at that point, so you're having "very active" intercourse a lot more frequently?!?
That's the only thing I can think of...
The page with the picture on it says it's annual accidental pregnancy rate is 5%, a male condom is 3%. Not too bad!
