Why is it so hard for you to admit it could be more than just smoke... I wish I could see the non-digital video footage -- or better yet -- I wish I was there to see that explosion.
But for those of you saying this couldn't be photoshop -- I think you underestimate the skills of artists... The resolution of video is very low -- this could easily be photoshop work.Comment

Well all joking aside... As an artist I know that evil does have a face. Evil has an aesthetic -- and a very distinct one. If you are sensitive to shapes and forms and the feelings that they convey -- you will notice that certain people are drawn to certain forms and shapes -- depending on their personality, etc... These forms and shapes manifest themselves in our psysiology... With training you can see a person's character in their physiology... your face is an expression of who you are -- beyond ideals, attitudes, and words... It's not an exact science but look through art history and even at Disney and popular movies -- demons, devils -- evil has a distinctive way or representing itself.
I picked up on the aesthetic of a mutual friend of a friend -- and I'm pretty sure that she is into some sort of satanism or "dark side" (she expressed an interest in it with me at an art museum once) -- I was at her house one day and started to notice the decisions that she had made in her apartment -- colors, shapes -- her clothes... I talked to my friend about this -- and we both agreed that at times her teeth seemed to flash, and her hands and feet took on the characteristics of claws... her features sharp and pointed... Look at Bin Laden's face -- notice his mustache -- see how it curves down in disdain... If you look at the rest of his face you will notice more... you can do this with anyone's face. Why do you think you feel a certain way about people before they have said a word?Comment

I bet you could find another 20 images of faces if you looked hard enough. Think about what it takes to make a image like a face... just a few shadows. a FEW. Given the randomness of smoke, and that every frame looks different from the last, I am SURE you could find faces all over the fucking place. Give me a break, people. Of course it COULD be Satan. But it could also be the Easter Bunny. I still don't understand the fascination with looking for faces in smoke, rocks, waves, clouds, or alphabet soup.
