Well, got a popup right off the bat. Although I notice it's not every time. Then I go to click on the very first gallery link and it's a blind to AP.... then when I did finally find a gallery, I couldn't go back to the main site. "Server returned an unrecognized response"... it did that every time. 5 out of 5 tries. That green is disturbing... (but that could be just cuz I'm hungover)

Overall, it just doesn't make me wanna click anything. I mean even the gallerys... I think maybe it's the color scheme... the black text doesn't stand out enough on the green and say CLICK ME DAMMIT!

Just my observations.... but again, I'm way hungover, so don't base anything off what I say.

It tends to 404 alot too...
and I'm noticing things that detract from the overall site. Stuff like in the gallery links, there are alot of misspellings, and sometimes they start capitalized, sometimes not... it's not consistent. (unless you're going for a *not-so-polished* look) People may not sit and pick that stuff out, but it does have an impact. They may not know what it is, but... it's there... I always go through my stuff painstakingly to make sure everything looks the way it should. Again though, unless you're trying for the *not-so-polished* thing.

Well, is the layout the main issue here? Where does your traffic come from?
Traffic trades, your own galleries, bookmarkers? Is it general porn surfer traffic or do you go for a niche?
Do you have so much traffic that you can tell for sure that the CTR's and clickthrus suck?

I dint understand the entrance pop-up. What is the reason for that? They make surfers click the other site, not yours...

If you scroll down about half way where there's that table that has "Join4Free", "Amateurs", "Teens", "Pink", "Asian".... that works. The way the table is highlighted.. draws attention in. It's not so much about the specific colors... but doing stuff like that to draw attention to stuff... and up on top where the big white text is... that's the first thing I look at when going in. It stands out. I would try more highlighting... make tables a shade brighter... make the top cell in white with big black text.... whatever looks good to you.

A good example of what's not working is your first table, with "Teens Totally Free" and "Kellies Secret Galleries"... that is the most boring table. Nothing stands out on it... the burgundy text is so bland it actually makes me want to look away... jazz it up... try that lighter shade of green you got in the other table.... know what I mean?

Keep the green dude... but try out the highlighting thing I mentioned... I think you'll see a vast improvement right before your eyes... your sponsors are what you're selling.... so bring attention to them...

Tables kick ass for advertising. Use color schemes that are pleasant on the eyes and make your table stand out. Also be sure to use text inside the table that will stand out.

To help lower your conversion with J4F. I find by making sure the surfer knows he needs to enter his email and nothing else near every link tends to help.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

I put made all galleries as BLACK color,all are begining with UP Caps.
The first white text ... I don't thing is so good.
I still don't know what to do with "partner site" table to look better

Your site is ugly man, why don't you get a designer on it.
Just mail me at [email protected] and I can arrange you a designer that does it for a 100 bugs.
Or you could try to do it yourself by first changing the colors than the letter type and fix all the blind links and do not set pop up deathtraps.

You should not use absolute positions. The counter is now over the banner - doesn't look good.
I guess (maybe I'm wrong) that you use a screen resolution of 1024 x 786 or more. According to my stats 50 % of the surfer still use 600 x 800, 40 something % use 1024 x 786 and 5% use a resolution above this. And with 800 x 600 your site looks as compressed, there are no good proportions.
