Well I cant speak for TGSW myself however I plan to in the future.
Each one kinda has its own unique asset. Just depends on kinda what is best for you.
RS Does really well for me right now but I plan on seeting up a TGSW account on another machine and playing with that becuase i hear its quite useful too once you battle through setting it up and configuring it to your needs, building templates and what not.
RS is kinda cool you design the page it duplicates your gallery page (X) amount of times each page with recips generated by them and then u just downlaod the pages, upload to server then hit submit.Comment

RS rules man... plus they just made a long requested feature addition: Now when you select the tgp's you DON'T want to submit to, it is saved in the database so you don't have to go through and pick them out of the lineup every single time.... just got that email this morning.

if you know how to design template as good as a regular gallery.. it should work better. i've used both RS and TGSW.
still think tgsw is better. best investment i've ever made. dont forget to get tgswupdate too
