Interesting. It also looks like he's claiming he designed Jenna's site too. You do understand that the sites you put in your portfolio should have been designed by you and not just that you did some small thing on the site, right?

you do know if he did work for that site he has a right to put them in his portfolio just needs to make it clear WHAT he did...

A designer does not have the right to put websites in his portfolio to showcase his DESIGN services unless he did the design. If he only did part of the design then as you say, he needs to indicate exactly what he did and not let visitors assume he did the entire site. In the case of a website where all he did was some minor coding work, then the site doesn't belong in his design portfolio at all.

First off my appologies for my late reply.

WDForty: I appologise, it was wrong for me to to add it with out a disclaimer saying i only done some coding and not the design, I have now added a disclaimer making it entirely clear i did some coding work and that the design is no way associated with me, I hope this settles things and i appologise once again for giving the impression i was the designer.

The hammer: It is a jenna jameson site i designed messing about, it has not been released for any commercial use and so i decided to add it to my portfolio.
