    I know this has already been done...

    but I'm new here and there are way too many threads to browse on this. My site is up over two years now. We've had minimal success, but only through our own self-promotion. Please give me your collective thoughts on the best first step in taking promotion of the site to the next level. TGPs? Banners? Trades? Who would be best to approach to link a "fledgling" site like GirlFair. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I'm well aware you have to spend money to make money, but I'm also aware that there are too many ways to blow money and make shit.

      I wasn't able to see a webmaster link on your website.
      Do you have an affiliate program for webmasters to join? This would be a big plus to generate traffic to your site and make sales.
      In exchange of a percentage of the sale webmaster send traffic to your site.
