Submissions are exclusive. If it's rejected, but salvageable, I'd contact the couple with my concerns, maybe request another tape or two to replace whatever they screwed up on. If it's a total disaster, it's just destroyed with a "thanks but no thanks". This policy is posted on our page. No exceptions. I don't want to deal with the drama of mailing back submissions only to have the wrong person (mom/dad/roommate) receive it.
