When will Uncle Sam bail out the mortgage deadbeats?

I need to buy before the recovery but realistically (a lot of home owners and Realtors are in denial) if there is no bail out the recovery isn't going to be soon. So from my perspective the question is do you think there is any chance of a bail out before Obama takes office?

there will ne recovery for years IMO. I was under the impression that Bush had allready given them so sort of help.
No doubt one may quote history to support any cause, as the devil quotes scripture.

I hope there is no bail out at all. That would drop US currency even further.

if you are a giant investment firm, the fed will bail you out.

if you are a private citizen, you're on yer own, fucker.

          I pray and hope never.

Back when my health problems started oh 10 years ago or so, I knew that I would eventually lose my job because of it. Knowing that I would then be un-able to afford the house much longer, I sold it. I didn't fucking wait till I was neck deep in shit hoping to be bailed out.

But even before that, way back when I bought the house, do you know what I did? I read the fucking contract and all of the other documents.

No, they didn't all make sense, but that is why I had an attorney do the same. Not having an attorney look over something that you are about to spend 100G+ on is stupid.

Only after I understood everything did I sign the deluge of documents.

Do I feel sorry for some of these people? Of course, but not because they can't afford their payments, but because their public school systems apparently failed them.

We need more people like you. Most of my friends would have sat there, acted helpless, and felt sorry for themselves. Not that someone in that situation shouldn't..that is a very ruff break and I would feel sorry for someone in that position, but when someone feels sorry for their self they can talk their self into anything. They are entitled to that feeling, but it doesn't help them.

I hope you're wrong because the economy is going to suck until the recovery comes.

Given the number of new foreclosures going down everyday, whatever help Bush has provided hasn't amounted to much.

Let's hope the next guy does better.

There will be no bailout. Bailouts are only for corporations.
