A friend and I are going to move into a brand new beautiful 4 bed house in about a month. It's going to be totally decked out, pool, fountains, granite everywhere, really nice looking 
We were thinking of setting the other 2 rooms (each with its own private bath etc) as webcam rooms, and maybe renting them out to a couple serious cam girls that know what they're doing. Then hopefully launch them into solo sites if they're good enough.
Where can I find some really good girls for this? I know there's some agencies out there, just not sure where to look. I'd like to find a bunch and pick the best few. The house will awesome, and we'll put some money into setting it up right (cams, computers, etc), only concern is finding some really good girls that WON'T flake out...
