As a programmer, I gotta say that an API request was not out of line. If I am asked to make a closed solution, I still document any tiny API available, and provide a sample of a fully functional "Hello World" implementation, and my documentation often outweighs the code in length.

I think Zorgman might have been scared off because he was being asked for something that would 'open up' a small bit of his software, but that's only for his benefit - 3rd party TEVS addons could certainly boost the product.

He was not asking for an API request. Cyberxxx wanted the code (or I will dezend it).

What we do with TEVS is up to us, either API or a closed system. That's our choice.

I assumed that his grammar just sucked as, you know, English is not the easiest language to master. I assume his dumb 'dezend' threat was basically a "Please give it to me or I'll figure it out anyhow", more than a threat.

I'd suggest making some basic API available, just for future expansion sake. However, you're correct, it's all your game right now.

We both posted our logs there. So don't lie please. First of all I WAS ASKING for API's. And also I never asked you for the code. Anyone who don't believe - can read all the mentioned thread with ICQ logs to make it clear.

Exactly. English is not my mother language so of course I do mistakes when I'm chatting with a people. However I ALWAYS trying to explain something what I haven't expressed correctly again and again in other words to make it understandable. So when I was told by TEVS that "I'm threaten them with dezending", I've told at least twice that I would never do that. That all is in the ICQ logs which were posted by both sides and there should be no ground for misunderstanding. The real reason of license revoke was absolutely different and it also could be find in the thread I posted above.
