first game thats made me want a PS3 To be honest... already have a 360 and a wii so all of the main games I care about are on the 360.
I didn't bother buying a PS2 until the first gran turismo came out for it. If you're a cheapass just go by GT3 for like $20 or less anywhere brand new... play that for a few days and if you like it get GT4.... its the only car/driving series worth buying. Its always extremely well done. This version looks amazing but I haven't played it yet (waiting to see if I'm going to buy a PS3) since HD-DVD lost it'll be time to buy blu-ray sooner or later. But I'm moving away from discs and onto hard drive storage...

GTA and GT are two different series
But yes, the Gran Tourismo games are pretty amazing.
We have old modded XBoxes hooked up to all our TVs and the network. That's still one great little media player.
The PS3 doesn't play mkv out of the box. You can but it involves , but there's an app that makes it possible called MKV2VOB. I was just looking it up a few days ago, but haven't gotten around to testing it.Comment
