New grill has arrived..and what's for dinner...

The new grill is finally here (now I have to figure out what to do with the old one).

Now I'm trying to figure out the first meal...

Local market has Wagyu (American Kobe) New York steaks on sale for $24.99 a lb, along with king crab legs for $14.99 a lb, and some nice looking yellow and white corn on the cob.

    Sounds like just the ticket!

            Are you single?

Gas or charcoal? I'm living on the east coast and they love gas grills. I hate em.

LoL... single (with 20somethings living in my house)... it's natural gas. My days of charcoal on my deck (15+feet off the ground) are done..done. I had someone run a connection for my gas line to my deck 10 years ago.

Ended up being some Wagyu steak and some boneless chicken breasts, white corn (on the grill after a pre-boil), and some pineapple rings done with sweet and smokey bbq sauce.

And.. best part.. I'm doing Kobe beef burgers tomorrow night.

Damn, now I feel like lighting up the grill.

I just picked up some Harris Ranch steaks on my drive home from Cybernet. For those who don't know, they have the best steaks on the west coast. But driving there sucks because you can smell the waste from the cattle. Don't roll the windows down...

But Kobe beef burgers sounds gooooooooooood!!!!

How is it? I'm heading to atlantic city this week and eating at bobby flay, thinking of getting the kobe beef strip... as a new york strip fan, I can't wait.

                                        Burgers sound awesome.
