I don't see any licensing issues. I've yet to run into anyone that complained about having their games promoted as 99% of the games have an embedded link to their homepage in them. I also have a link up on my arcade that game owners can click to have their game removed, but it's yet to be used.

But as I said above, I'm not selling the games.

Those are just an added bonus. I'm selling 1300+ descriptions of the games that are included. That is what takes the time and effort.

I'm adding an international shipping option for $10 if you don't live in the US. Why $10? Because shipping anything overseas via regular mail is really fucking slow, and by expediting the shipping, you'll get it fast.

Once again, I am NOT selling the games. These games are freely available on the web. I am selling the descriptions to over 1300 flash games and to save you the trouble of hunting down the games that go along with the descriptions, I'm including them along with the graphic thumbnails.

The URL of my arcade is www.deviantarcade.com but I don't have all 1300 games in my database at the moment. The site just went live on the 9th with 250ish games.

http://www.deviantarcade.com/games.gif will show you the files and the list of games + descriptions.

1322 games + 1322 thumbs + game description + game type(arcade, shooter, puzzle, etc).
