    Are .com Domains More Valuable Since .xxx Rejected?

    What are your thoughts about the market for .com domains now that .xxx has been defeated?

    if we are talking about the best names then yes, for me for sure

      well to precize, they are not necesarly more valuable, but the .xxx perspective was a certain risk for anyone who wanted to invest much in adult .coms

      and now that risk is gone :D
      I don't use ICQ anymore.

                            You mean arguments and elements that have a history of standing up such as "overly broad" "overly restrictive" "not the least restrictive means to produce desired results" etc would have worked to hold up that legally weak shit they were offering?
