A friend of mine invented this self exercise. He was planning to make a big business marketing campaign out of it and release the secret on a DVD. I personally have had sex with him and have to tell you that it was unreasonably thick, too much for me, it was difficult to have sex. He said the way he did it was this - each time he masturbates he would make it fill up with as much blood as possible and then firmly squeeze it at the bottom to contain the blood in it for as long as possible and as much of it as possible. He said this makes the blood vessels expand and thus making the dick much thicker after regular exercise. He had taught a few of his friend his technique and they all have been very happy with their increased girth. So I guess this can work... worth trying anyways.
