IMHO, I would not contact the TODAY show directly... possibly use it against you if/when they try to "reverse hijack" it. Let them come to you, just because they haven't contacted you yet doesn't mean they aren't thinking about it... you just need to find some way to light a fire under them. It's an amazing domain. I'm trying to imagine what business use it could have, the new owner's would be wise to steer away from using it for News. I may know a few high-profile companies that would be interested in buying it with lots of persuasion on my part, so if you don't have much luck selling it here or elsewhere... hit me up, we can discuss it further.
