That is a beautiful design. Fo some reason, I don't think you will find someone that designs that on GFY. I could be worng and I would be happy if someone does prove me worng on this. If you find someone that does that quality work, let me know.

I do, though it's my own opinion. I only use CSS and won't even touch tabular code. I'm really not available for work right now though, which is why I didn't post. Though I've kept watch on the thread as I'd like to see if there are any other CSS designers out there on GFY. But it doesn't look like there is. Just a bunch of spammers throwing there link into the thread.

My price starts at $1.500 for the design. That is a 100% css, xhtml doc type - fully w3c valid (no warnings). Then, from there price goes up depending on if you need script implimentation, install, etc etc. I'm fairly busy right now, but if you drop me a line and the project sounds fun.
