It's not illegal. Escorts are not prostitutes by letter of the law. Much like porn is not prostitution either. Loopholes.
Now, if you contact an escort and then she comes to you and fucks you for money you have crossed the line and that is prostitution.
But having a site where escorts advertise their services (ie:coming to you to entertain) is certainly not illegal. As far as you are concerned the escort is just that; escorting fine gentlemen out for nights on the town. What she does in her own time is none of your concern.
