I think I have been watching too many plastic surgery shows about breast reductions and lifts. I want to keep mine looking nice and where they are supposed to but wearing a bra 24/7 is sooo uncomfortable. Any other suggestions?

I think if you want them to continue to look nice, the key is to lay on your back. Unless of course they fall off each side and go under your arms. Then you might toss around too much and mess them up real good.

When I asked my dr. about this he just told me to make sure to wear a good/great support bra when running, doing aerobics, etc. One of the worst things you can do is have "the girls" continuously shaking up and down when you're exercising. Something about the connective tissue in the skin breaking down.Comment
