                Touche, assuming they were 18-19. As far as I'm concerned the bet's off if any were in their 20s and on a personal level I don't care if that's 'legal' somewhere else in the world. When I was 17 I was quite able to determine what was shitty and what wasn't; like when the creepy old guy (who was 21) cruised in front of my high school at noon hour.

                                            Isn't the age of consent in Israel 16? And she is the one that lied about her age. If anything her parents should be held responsible, and so should she. Regardless of the actions of the soldiers, although none of us really know what happened.

                                                Sh*t like that has been going on in the military for decades. Most of the time it goes un-reported because it is during a time of conflict. It is not just Israel, I can guarantee that there where child rapes in Iraq. Think you will ever hear about them? A whole bunch of men with guns creates a power thing on the male hormones. Hopefully this will spark people into changing things, but I don?t think it will. May they all learn a hard lesson?.

                                                        I'm not saying what the soldiers did was right... it was quite wrong in fact. I'm just disagreeing with you on the highlighted yellow comment. As I said in my first post here, one of my nieces in fact did look over 18 when she was 11-going-on-12. She used to run away from my sister's home and go sell herself downtown back then, I can only imagine how many guys had a piece of her.

                                                        She was tall for her age, somewhat developed, and with hair done a certain way and makeup on etc... well, what can I say? Many in the family noticed she looked a lot older than her age, and once it was discovered what she'd been doing it broke my sister's and my mom's heart.

                                                                    I don't care how "old" an 11 year old looks, there is something fishy about not knowing. I can't imagine an 11 year old being at an 18 year old level intellectually, something wouldn't click. Have you guys seen 11 year olds today? There is no way they are passing for adults. We're talking about girls in 5th and 6th grade.

                                                                    No matter what she looked like though, there is no excuse. You can't blame the girl for this, she is 11 fucking years old. Think of what you were like at 11 years old. It's amazing that some people will look at a child for fault before some fucking young males.
