AMSTERDAM ? Three teenage boys and a girl were arrested in the western Dutch city of Gouda on Tuesday after they allegedly filmed a 14-year-old girl performing a sexual act in a bath.
One of the accused boys circulated the film on internet, a police spokesperson said. The teens arrested are aged 15 and 16.
The incident is said to have taken place at a party in the home of one of the unidentified suspects. While under the influence of alcohol, the suspects encouraged the younger girl to masturbate in the bath. She later heard about the film and her parents went to the police.
Officers seized the suspects' computers for examination and the
teens are suspected of not only making child porn, but also of possessing and circulating it.
This is the latest in a series of stories in the Netherlands of films appearing on the internet of teenage girls who have been conned into performing sexual acts in front of a camera. Anecdotal evidence suggests many teenagers see this as harmless fun. But there have been several cases of the 'unwitting star' and her family having to move house due to the notoriety and embarrassment caused.
