Hell, you need permission to cut down a tree! No digging either.
If you want to build an addition to your house, at least a few people need to be greased to make it ok.
They need to know whose living in your house at all times.
You can't use your house as a business, not supposed to sell things on your property, not allowed to own all kinds of different animals..
