Consider this: We share an office at the moment with a friend of mine. He had a new employee, someone from our circle of friends, known him off and on forever.

Long story short, he didn't respect anything around here, treated it like his home, got caught in lies, slept here on the couch repeatedly, etc. We asked him a simple request one day to move his bike so the cleaner could mop the floor. My biz partner asked him to move his shit (again, not even our employee, but he knows we're just as "boss" as his boss..) and he got all up his face, yelling and screaming out of nowhere. Somehow my biz partner didn't hit him, no idea how.. We took his key.

Next week my buddy convinced us to let him back in. We said okay, another chance. Within 2 weeks, he slept here again, my programmer told him politely one morning that he shouldn't be sleeping when people get here, and he did the same thing. Flipped out on her. She called us crying.

Another flare up, we asked for the key - this time he said no!! He said no the first time, but we made him basically. This time he like ran off with it lol. So we changed the locks immediately, etc etc. He came back to get his shit with his MOMMY, (dude is like 35 fucking years old!) and guess what his mom does..

Talks shit the whole time about us, how we're not treating her son fairly, why are we giving him a hard time, all this shit.. We basically had to tell her to fuck off and mind her own business. She got all up in our face - just like her son did.. Gee wonder where it came from.

She's the same lady who sided with her son over his teachers, over the police, over his employers.. Her son is an angel to her.

To us, he's almost certainly a drug addict, highly volatile, impolite, rude, obnoxious, violent... Disrespectful... And has no understanding of reality.
