shit happens when you are relying on a refinance and someone fucks up with your money man ..... I used to hear crazy shit at the mortgage co. I used to work at every single day.... u wouldn't believe how crazy people would turn for loosing 5-10K ...
Of course I'm not inferring this was a mortgage co. ... it was just an illustration...
