It seems the US was anti restricting advertising on a product that kills 5 million a year. Can I advertise crack then?
But then it is mostly people in poor countries that die and the US does grow a lot of tobacco, so it is logical. Very similar to the stance on the Kyoto (I know I spelt it wrong) treaty about pollution and global warming.
