Do you wear sunscreen every single day?

You are supposed to even if it's raining outside or not sunny because the UVA/UVB rays are always out there and aging you slowly, that's what's aging people the most; the sun.

I wear it everyday. I slather it all over my face, arms and chest, even when I am at home because sunlight comes in through the window and can still hit me when I'm sitting in front of my pc.

Doctors/dermatologists say that you are always supposed to wear at least SPF 15 every single day? Well, do you??

Fuck that shit... The sun makes my brown skin look good. I do wear Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Lotion every day. Maybe that acts as a sun screen, I don't know.

It doesn't. It needs SPF of at least 15 and not just any sunscreen will do because it has to be one that protects you from different waves of UVA/UVB rays plus it has to be stable as well. Many sunscreens in the U.S don't have stable ingredients but some do, in order to buy the sunscreen that offers the most protection you have to do research online.

I read that the most effective sunscreens are from Europe because they have a higher grade of "Meroxyl" than the ones available in the U.S because such a high dosage hasn't been approved yet by the FDA.

That article says that it's the artificial fragrance, chemical colors and petroleum products used as fillers and stabilizers that wreak havoc on the immune system and could possibly lead to cancer, but my shampoo and conditioner also has artificial fragrance, so do most bath/shower/shaving products and cosmetics also usually contain fragrance and chemical colors, doesn't everything these days??

I don't believe for one minute that a dark tan prevents cancer like that article says. Also, you can get Vitamin D from supplements/vitamins/milk.

Indoor sunlight is not about to give you dark skin. Hell my house has windows in every direction and I can not think of one that gets direct sunlight in through it, just reflective light. I have not bothered to really look into it but I would reason to guess that reflective light has more protection that spf 15 and if not then I really do not think ones clothing either will help them. Suppose one would have to cover their body, including scalp with such.

                          Exactly.

Dermatologists are doctors. Doctors tend to own stock in pharma companies. Niggers in Africa have less skin cancer, yet greater exposure (equatorial) and no sunscreen.

I do most days but only on one part of my face where I had a bit of skin damage a couple months ago and usually the amount is normal make up is good enough.
