a few months back my best bud who's 36 broke up with his couple of years live in girlfriend that was 25 or so and not even 2 months later hooked up with a 20 year old, and she was all over him, showing up and hanging with him, he didn't even have to pursue and they are now together all the time steady
it seems that guys start to hit the common maturity level in their 30's that 20 something year old girls are already at, or something common anyways..... they seem to make a good fit... it's not one night fling things either, it seems to work for relationships
so I guess, PR0, the good times are really only beginning
