yes and no, a freind of mine has a girl aged 13, and sometimes when i am over there house for dinner its like she is a 20 yo girl stuck in a 13yo body, very smart and well spoken but then can be a real pain in the ass to.Comment

It wouldn't be so bad if they just stuck to be annoying in a private, quiet kind of way, without bugging other people (me) with it. But nooo, they just have to share their annoyingness with the rest of the world.

Of course, different people have different personalities, but girls aged 18-19 tend to be obsessed with their newfound freedom, their new realization of the effect they have on men, and their own little lives. Most of them don't have enough real-life experience yet to realize that their actions affect themselves and others, and every little thing that happens in their lives to them seems like the most important thing in human history.
