    Content producer question

    Is it okay to shoot a GIRL non-exclusively to exclusive buyers? Catch my drift? I mean can I shoot the same girl in different sets to different exlusive buyers so as to re-use the same girl more then once by for different webistes?

    It's easy to shoot, but hard to find quality models so I'd like to be able to shoot the same model more then once for different exclusive buyers. Watcha think?

                      Just be honest with your buyer. Tell him what you plan to do. Sometimes they won't care if the price is right.

                              Yeah the set would be exlusive but not the girl. I dont want to burn bridges or back stab so I'm just looking for what is common place in the biz. I know the buyer would 'want' the girl to be exclusive, but I've got bills to pay too ;) I've seen the same girls on different websites but I was never sure if it was a non-exclusive set. I'll definately run it by any buyer first. Any other opinons are welcome.

                                  it's definitely ok - the only girls who are sold as exclusive are solo girl site models and the only way they are sold exclusively is for a major order - minimum $20,000

                                      Exclusive means the set or video is sold only once. Copyright is sold.

                                      Shooting a second set, with the same model, same setting, same clothes, is very bad form, but not an absolute violation of an exclusive content sale.

                                      Exclusive does not mean that you cannot shoot her for someone else.
