The design is 100% genuine, you will not see even a single table, all is CSS, look at the source please.
I am really sorry i have not too much time to develop this site more in the near future, being involved with other things .. but if you have a clue about what you can do with XML / RSS mixed with some PHP, MySQL and Apache mod_rewrite - then search engines will love you, your surfers will enjoy your site too
