Did you really expect this to go smoothly? We're talking Epassporte here.

    Spend you some brain.

      I didn't have any problems.
      I'm just a newbie.

actually, I had never had any problems with them. I've heard the horror stories but personally I've sailed smoothly with epass. UNTIL NOW. Yikes, I'd hate to lose my account because someone didn't do their job!

I uploaded mine and got a message that they needed more. I sent those to them and the same day I got a response saying that everything was good and my verification was complete, but I do still have the message on the login screen. I figure it will go away in time.

all my docs show as unapproved but phone support told me they're all OK. I know it's E-passporte but they're getting worse every day

Mine was surprisingly painless, I uploaded the docs and about 36 hours later received confirmation that they were approved. Given I'd been dragging my feet for so long I half expected there to be delays or some other sorts of issues. Hopefully it's all plain sailing from here.

Since you are here, let me ask again

My friend wants a gift account, can it be opened with a PO Box address?
                      I don't use ICQ anymore.

Yes you can have a PO Box but it might be a problem if documents are asked for on the account.
