I find it way easier to find new models now because girls who are interested can much more easily find girls who have already modeled and get referrals.
But I do think there are people who are maybe less likely to buy if they can get a lot of what they are looking for online for free.Comment

I think myspace hurts dating sites more than anything. However many of their advertising clients are dating sites like Passion.com (AFF), Mate1.com, etc. I would love to see the conversion rates for those companies off myspace.
Now THAT would be interesting data! However since Mate1 has been advertising on there for as long as I can remember, it MUST be working for them in some way or another. Either that or some people just like to burn money.Lubna

MySpace is a weird beast. People cram so much shit on their pages that it kills my dual processor with 3 gigs of ram.
Ruper Murdoch buys it out and people still don't get it. It's like passing out free apples with razor blades inside. Imagine all these poor saps that started up their band's marketing with MySpace trying to go out and use the same name on their own domain. Who's going to come up first now?
As far as porn goes, no way in hell, unless you think people are tired of seeing naked girls. As far as fucking with the ability to hire models with any bit of intelligence, DEFINITELY. MySpace is big enough that they would have an ISP type exemption. They don't post the content, they host other people's websites. When someone posts illegal content on a website, which is against the policy of the website, the host is not held responsible unless they don't respond to the authorities. Although MySpace is a great tool for recruiting girls, but you are constantly having to retool your approach to it. The biggest problem's the 18-21 year old crowd who never have had a real job before, and are total flakes regardless of how much you pay them.
The 21-25 crowd seem to be more responsible, serious, and know it's easy money. They are not worried about the exposure, know the value of easy money, and are over their captain of the cheerleaders phase.

As far as recruiting models on myspace, you'd have better luck on rating sites that offer "salutes" to prove that you're real. 80% of the profiles on myspace are fake. I find profiles with pics of myself or friends on them almost DAILY.
