    Since Ramos is no longer an employee, yet is able to get his location linked under his name, how about opening that option to the other posters here that not only have more time, but more posts than him?

                                                                          I think a better idea would be to install some sort of karma feature (I've seen it on other boards) & allow link posting based on the karma rating instead of post count (or maybe lower the minimum post count to 100 or so for link placement). There are people on this board who post just to boost their post count & do not contribute anything useful. There are also the few newbs whom, while lacking the know-how, do attempt to help as much as possible.

                                                                          It seems like it would be a more appropriate way of rewarding those who actually contribute to the growth of this industry, not just guys who think postcount=level of respect or something...

                                                                          But that's just my 2 cents...note that I wasn't referring to any of you guys in particular.
