My question would be, why would you want to? Most anyone with a popup blocker installed in their browser either specifically or implicitly is indicating they aren't interested in the kind of stuff that arrives via unsolicited popups. The only thing that pisses me off more than someone getting around my popup blocker is when they do it by stealing my open windows.
