As for Africa, we haven't tried to develop that at all. We just pillage it for their natural resources. Look at what the diamond companies have been doing. Look at what we do in Tanzania with their fish. It also has a much tougher time catching up because of the harsh climates and lack of transportation.

It's not fair to say white people are naturally superior, but certainly as a result of their situation and geography they build a far superior civilization. Remember, at various points in history many others had superior civilizations to Europe to, it's a fact.
