                              Why? I tell everyone my sites are worth $1,000,000.

                              Kidding aside, why tell someone the value of a site, where's the fun in negotiating with someone? The price is what someone thinks the value of a site is, sorry but whipping together some formulas together doesn't really give you a value for the non tangibles of a site or domain.
