No there were two others. Bush and his Dad.
What you have to remember is that pre Saddam, the country had little electricity, sanitation, education, hospitals or roads. He gave them something that no one else bothered to.
He is not the hated figure Bush would like to have us think. Yes he's a murdering tyrant, but only to those that oppose him.
Think through the mind and see through the eyes of your enemy to defeat him.
