    Need a contract ASAP

    Does anyone have a cut and paste contract for this type of transaction to cover me.
    I am purchasing exclusive rights from a photographer for his content. I want to make sure that I am covered and that the videographer will not sell this content to ther webmasters. He is going to send me the originals along with the model's paperwork. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      You should consult a lawyer for that. It's the license agreement between you and the photographer. It should be somewhat individual for each company so bring out the yellow pages and start dialin =)
